In the Modern Cuisine restaurant area, the
high quality seasonal food, served in a casual,
friendly environment, makes the dining experience
welcoming, yet is always professional.
Our style
A fusion from East to West, Modern European cuisine
infused with asian style of cookings,
experimenting with culinary techniques and ideas,
affiliated from different countries, attracting
diners with cuisine which are continental and seasonal
with diversities and characteristics. Many of the kitchen’s
products are selected by our chef and sourced directly in
farm fresh produce in the open air or from a local
supplier to ensure the qualities of our food are fresher
and better, whilst supporting our British industries.
The ‘5 senses’ stone grill, which has been
introduced to the menu, is an exciting dish which gives
guests the opportunity to cook their steaks exactly the way
they prefer. The volcanic rock used is heated up to 450°c
to ensure all the juices get sealed as soon as the steak
gets put on. Not only is this an attractively exciting and
new scheme which makes for cosy for winter dining out;
but the taste, texture, sight, smell and
the sizzling sound of your steak will truly fulfil your
5 senses.

Our head chef - Alex Tsui has 15 years of culinary
experiences working in the East, includes one of the five
stars hotels and few renowed French & Italien diners in
Hong Kong, a country which has diversed variety of
cuisine and carries the reputable label of "Gourmet
Paradise" and "World's Fair of Food". Bringing the
influecences and innovative ideas from the East & West
to produce an exhilarating menu which
offers an array of Modern European Cuisine which will
leave your taste buds watering.
